July 10, 201511 yr welcome back to the totally new world of rs! your goals would have been made much easier now, especially slayer, though need to get yourself some decent start up gear and a proper slayer helmet unlocked. unlocking elf city will make slayer even easier but you need quite a few levels for that yet! hopefully you can enjoy the game as much this time around :)
