Aerynae
Someone who is civil. I don't care what level you are, it's just a game. If you can't be decent to other people I don't want you around me. -shrugs- :: Saradomin Girl :: 278/324 Quest Points :: Tip.It Blog ::
sjefderat
Nothing of what you listed in my opinion. To me a good player is - someone with good knowledge about the game. This may mean high skills and/or high quest points and/or high combat level, but doesnt have to. It may as well be someone who spend a lot of time on forums, or helping to update fan sites, or helping other players may it be friends or strangers. To me, good knowledge about the game is the most important to be considered a good player. - someone who play the way they enjoy it. To me a good player do things the most enjoyable way (enjoyable in their own personal opinion), while they DO know the most efficient way to level that skill. To me the most efficient players are not necessarily the same players as the good players, the good players may be way down the hiscore lists..... and as mentioned above, playing by the rules of course. - and last but not least: someone who is there for their friends when they need them. I you, all the things you mentioned are the how I try to play (never said that I really succeed). So I fully agree, although that efficiency (height of stat according to played time) is something that I can appreciate. 2100+ total 3rd best skiller ever at 99 combat (maybe the best, highest total below 100 cb)99 Cook 99 Fletch 99 Woodcut 99 Firemaking 99 Range 99 Mage 99 Thief 99 Fish 99 Agility 99 Mining 99 Runecrafting 99 Hp 99 Slayer 99 Smith 99 Hunt 99 Construction 99 Craft 99 Farming
monkeyboo2
Maturity Stats Personallity (a good one draws popularity) Popularity Bank Worth Understanding Stats and Bank Worth aren't that important and there is no certain lvl which i deem ppl as a good player, its if they have good lvls for their cb lvl/time playing which means pc products don't qualify on the stats front and probably the bank worth aswell. Its more what you do with your bank worth and stats anyway-if you get all 98's and then go play games room for the rest of eternity then theres a problem. If you make mage shortbow for a randomer in a bank then OK. If you invest in skills/partyhhat then OK but just leaving the money in the bank and nor saving up for anything, not even duelling to get more of it then theres a problem. Personallity covers many things like: Helpfulness, open-mindednessn, team spirit, motivation etc. Popularity is basically how many people run up to you asking for free St00f or wanting to talk to you. YOu probably have a good circle of friends. UNderstanding is just hnow much youn know about the gam, possibly giving you the potetntial to help others. SO once again pc products probably dont pass. Yeah...Some people just go out of their way to ruin other peoples fun.Sounds like Jagex to me...

ferg161
someone who gives symphony for others loss. someone who makes friends with the right person and disiplines the disruptive persons. it all depends on the character outside the computer screen. Surely this is a good person, not player? I judge how good a player is by comparing their stats to combat lvl.
Captain_Shiv
Someone who isn't obbsessed Someone who doesn't scam Someone who has their private chat on and nice conversations with random people. Someone who tries hard Someone who doesn't pk/stake/merchant. There's nothing wrong with PKing, or staking. Those take skill. Sitting around in World 2 typing however, does not. :shame: Other than that I agree with you completely. Do you think, Perhaps, that the Black Dragon lives in the Black Dragon Cave!?I'm a firm believer of typing with proper grammar on the interwebs. Oh yes. Veltia
How friendly the person is and the knowlegde they have of the game. For example "Where is the bad guys headquarter?" I mean it's runescape, 34% is believing in the bad god, 34 is believing in the good god and 32 percent is believing in the neutral god. So I jugde them on the way they act, play and use their knowlegde! In Soviet Russia, Veltia's signature stares at YOU!!The Gielinor Tribune|Blog|The Twax Story
