lol, reminds me of the books of Redwall ;) Really nice job on the squirrel, I remember when you started to make rs characters out of paint. They were pretty good back then, but it's nice to see you've made a lot of progress :)

I think there isnt much to fix about it, just finish it hwo it is now, it looks awsome.

Really nice job, but maybe give the squirrel a more fury texture? (try bringing lines off the shading, that should make it look like hair).
