You night get a few levels in the mean while, but hey, they give you someting to train for! I think the obby cape is a waste (I have quets cape) since there are cheap alternatives, like legends cape. Not only is it better in stats, in the cape position you are better off wearing mage cape, spotty/spottier cape, ava accumulator, skills/quest cape.
