i would say the best place to buy runes is ali m's rune shop theyre fixed, low prices and they usually have 100 of each thing in stock!!! it take a while to do the puzzles but it sure is worth it (thats if you want to buy your runes from a shop :P)

i would get an obby cape and then do death plateu so you can get climbing boots (same str bonus as rune)

i use magic shortbow with addy arrows and it works pretty well dosent cost much either

theres a safespot by the tree, all you need is magic spells(what ever you can do) but keep the spell in RUNE form no staffs or you could fletch ur own bow and arrows(you would need alot)

you cant go wrong with cowhides either tan to soft leather and make coifs (requires more time) or tan hard leathers and make hardleather bodys(more clicking and money) you loose money tho but its fast or you could buy flax, spin and sell for more money then buy almost 2x how much you had before so it will go faster

you could use coal trucks near seers you put 120 coal in the truck (invent by invent) then tele to seers and behind the pub theres a coal truck so you collect coal from that and a 3 second run to the bank and hey you have 120 cola in the bank just go back to mining area and restart. there are maps on the main tip.it website

yes just about im lvl 88 and im finding it quite easy

fire giants in waterfall dungeon got me from 42 to 64 range in a fast time they have good fire rune drops and mith stuff no1 steals there usually may be busy sometimes

it is true but all you have to do is the mirror part and then the smoke part then you can kill em :D

you could buy lobbys(raw) cook them and trade for more raws you dont loose or gain money but u do need to spend at the start but you get that back at the end or if you have high fishing you could cath them and make a profit at the end :D

its usually completely random to when you get it. it mainly happens to me through alching, spinning flax and cooking

pickpocket master farmers for 42 thiefing, then pickpocket guards till you can pickpocket fremmy guards and then pickpocke them till 53 i did it and it worked :)

yes you should world hop till you find a place with no one or hardly anyone at draynor and keep cutting, if it fills up just find a new world and repeat

i would definatly bring prayer pots and food (i use monkfish/lobbys lvl 88) use slayer staff and brings range equiptment or melee if you want bring best armour but also armour high in prayer bonus so you dont loose prayer fast use protection spells and ring of life and definatly bring a one space tele (ecto thingy or tele tabs) to save space hope this helps you :D (EDIT: dont use wealth it dosent help :D)

it isnt really cheating because if that was a real life situation and you were protecting someone special from being kidnapped you wouldnt think that was against the law or somethink?

i think that they should either... a) make all holiday/rares tradeable B) make them all untradeable by getting rid of them people will complain and eventually there will be no rares and no holiday items left. rich people which brought party hats for wealth will have a wizards hat instead which doesnt seem the same. KEEP HOLIDAY ITEMS UNTRADEABLE!!!!

Simple. If you die with fighter torso, it disappears. If someone killed you, that someone can collect a certain amount of money. Maybe release a PKers guild or something. And this could also apply to rune defender, maybe you get 20k for killing someone with a defender. Same could also be for skill capes. Give the killer 75k or so. i think this is a good idea because that way they have something really to gain from killing someone with skill capes etc

f2p should get updates i think but not as good as memeber ones updates should be like: new f2p monsters,new f2p quests and f2p areas
