Did you hear about that guy who was a kind of mother to some wolf cubs and he was a really high ranked member of the pack? He fed the cubs as well. He was on T.V. =D>

in the museum in varrock yesterday, a level 53 (or about, i cant remember) got a shade random and he decided to range in melee style, long story short he died and lost a TON of stuff, i managed to nab an ahrims robetop and guthix robetop

 

i definatly given stuff back if i got his name, but i didnt, i feel sorry for him

 

 

 

sold ahrims top for 600k and bought guthix robe bottoms and stole with the money

just a lil story, i hope to post it to tales of the tavern one day

 

 

 

"Dude, RUN!"

 

And I did, I ran as fast as I could up the ladder. I thought it had given up but it hadn't. I felt a huge wave of water slam into my back, throwing me forward a few meters. My health was dangerously low, with no super restore potions or Saradomin brews, I had to run fast. The next ladder was just in sight....

 

Just before this...

 

I was excited. This was going to be my first ever Dagganoth King trip, I was stocked up well, 3000 Saradomin brews and 10000 super restore potions. I had recently bought a new set of Guthans for a great price of 8m million coins. It was all I had, I had planned to make so much money I could aford a party hat, but t the moment it was a dream, a dream I was getting closer to ending.

 

I had brought everything I could think of to keep me safe, extra potions, emergency food, all except teleports. I had heard that people had teleported just after a king had dropped a dragon axe. I needed the money so I risked it.

 

I was with a few friends since it was my first time, but it had all gone horribly wrong since the very start. We had all met on Waterbirth Island, checked all of out inventories, one of my friends offered to give me his teleport in exchange for the emergency food, I declined but thanking him. So we ran through the dagganoths on the first level, taking some small hits, through the wallasaki, taking no hits, but here went slightly wrong, the first 3 tries with a rune axe special missed, luckily i had brought another for luck, and we got past. We should have taken this as a bad omen, but we didn't. Through the levels we ran ducking and diving, very few hits were taken. We stopped behind the last ladder. Our leader shouted:

 

"Turn on the magic protect prayer now! And remember, if Dude dies, GET HIS STUFF, he isn't as rich as us pro's =P."

 

We all turned on our prayers, we all went down the ladder, but what was that? A message at the bottom of the screen saying: You prayer points have run out, please recharge at an-BANG a hit for 50. I panicked, drank a prayer potion and turned on prayer and drank a Saradomin brew and super restore potion before you could say 'owned'. Too late though, the others had already killed the first target and we were supposed to get to a new position and i was too slow, I had jeopardized our team and Prime had sent another water wave at me, a 30. Dang I was getting hit hard, I thought keep drinking the potions! I did, but i couldn't drink and run at the same time, eventually I ran out of potions and decided to leg it. 80 health I thought should be ok. I was half right, a water wave splashed off me, I counted my luck stars today, that was the first....

 

Now....

 

I hurriedly scrambled up the next ladder, a rock lobster hit a 12, down to 68 health, now they started multi attacking me, 8, 7, 10, 13, down to 30 health, I was now doubting my chances of living, with 5 prayer points left, I switched on protect item, at least I'll keep the Guthans. I kept on running just in case I did survive. I was back to the first level now, just the walasakis and dagganoth to go, I rammed through the walasakis with their magic splashing off me, another lucky star, one managed to hit a 15, only 15 health left and I knew the dagganoth could easily hit that on me without armour on. I chanced it. Sprinting for the light, i was hit a 12, 3 health left. I was madly thinking: 'was I going to make it?'

 

I could feel my heart pounding my rib cage like a battering ram. I clambered up the steps, I could see a dagganoth strike out at me, and as i reached the daylight I saw what the hit had done...

 

A 3, i was devastated for a second and I thought in despair as I knew they would never get to my body in time. But I noticed I hadn't died, i seemed to have regained a single hitpoint as I was on the final stretch of cave!

 

A few minutes later at the bank on the island of Ecteteria (sp).....

 

What a first trip, I thought to myself and I wondered what the next trip had install for me......

bad news today

 

 

 

my internet has phailed, but what is weird is that its not the connection to our hub, its the connection from my browser to my wireless adapter, so my msnm works but not my firefox, IE or msn explorer

 

 

 

my dad had a look last night and he says its probably my wireless card has been damaged or something.
