August 1, 200718 yr It may be against Jagex Rules, but RuneScape isn't THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and Illegal means against the FEDERAL rules.. If you are going to flame som1 else for say "illegal" then get your facts strait (here, just so you kno how it feels). you say "illegal means aginst federal rules", the facts are that it means aginst federal or state or city or county laws not rules.
