I remember when RS2 was launched you had to transfer your character or something, i have characters which i haven't logged on for years which have blue phats and stuff, would those have been automatically transferred?

:thumbsup: I believe they would. I mean, I've heard rumors saying that they'd remain on runescape 1, but all my items transfered fine. I want a piece of that, lol!! :XD:

As soon as i recover successfully i will have a you logged in 2000 days ago and about 6 party hats :D.

i lost my password in rs1 and when rs2 came out - i had nothing - i mean nothing - at all in my bank

At first items were automatically transfered from RSC to RS2, then they gave possibility to transfer it back from RSC to RS2 and then again to transfer from RSC to RS2... that all just a bit after RS2 was released. So you could have these if you didn't used the possiblity to trasfer your items from RS2 back to RSC.

And you aren't the only one. Even tho I've wasted massive amounts of what I had (bought 99 magic for example in RSC), my current RSC bank would be still worth hundreds of millions in rs2. =P~

Good to know that years of inactivity is the way to make money in the game.

The item transfer was done automatically from Rsc to Rs2, unless you gave a notice that you'd rather keep the items on Rsc. So unless you gave that particular notice, all your rares are waiting in the Rs2 version :)

i quit during classic so when i came back all my stuff was gone but when i made my player i still had all of my friends on my friends list.i belive now the definition of irony is when you help a newbie in lumby become friends and i come back in RS2 and hes a 115 and im the newbie #-o

Very odd. I remember jagex saying explicitely in their news that they would transfer the items automatically, unless given notice otherwise.

 

 

 

 

We have moved your items to RS2. So you will find all your armour/money etc. is all on your RS2 character, and you (currently) have no items on RS1.

As promised we have added a page to the website which lets you move your items from the main game back to RS-Classic.

 

 

 

If you wish to do this then press the 'account management' button on our front web-page, then login, and finally choose 'RuneScape Item Transfers' at the bottom right, to move your items.

 

 

 

Please read the instructions on the page carefully before using this feature!

Therefore this is just a quick warning that today is your last chance to move items from RS-Classic to RuneScape.

 

 

 

Thing I didn't notice, they had a third item-moving, and looks like your items are on RSC. :(

 

This is very odd, since my items back then were transferred to Rs2 automatically without me having to use any "moving feature", I don't understand. Jagex was really messed up back then, they changed their mind a billion times about the item-transfer.
