June 8, 200719 yr All but 2 of my thousands of random events lately have been in the Varrock Sewers, Moss Giants. Of course, that wouldn't be the case if I left a bit more often... Based on a ratio of time spent there to number of randoms, probably White Knights from when I trained there...
June 9, 200719 yr head down to the spinning wheel at lumbridge castle on any crowded world and you'll find the floor littered with gems, coins, str pots and kebabs, among other drops.
June 9, 200719 yr Pescarian fishing colony thing where people get monkfish is a good place for annoying random events (1 comes at about 15 mins). But the record I had was 1 random event each 5 mins when I spinned ~27k flax in lumby. Goal: getting all skills to 99
June 9, 200719 yr The pier on Karajama (F2P). Theres normally a randomn event every 5 minutes or the coal, mith and addy mine south of lum. I remember in the mines i had the mysterious old man and the boulder throwing rock monster in the space of 5 minutes.
June 9, 200719 yr Cooking in Rouge's Den. You get tons of Sandwich Ladies, Niles/Giles/Miles, Rick Turpentine, Frogs, Evil Chickens, Strange Plants, and Genies. And just about everything else in a day.

June 10, 200719 yr If you want lots of randoms try this. Go to a general store, or any other store where u can buy uncut gems. Make sure it is busy. Buy a few uncut gems and stay in the store shopping. w8 for about 10-15 min, then close the window and cut a gem. I got full camo, lendorson, and almost full mime doing this. June 23, 200719 yr I get them by smelting gold ores and crafting gold bars into gold ammys by the furnace in Al-Kharid :D Sometimes I just looked at it and got bunch them :D The funniest thing was on my other acc when I was wcing yews at edge, a guy got teleported and he came back, I asked if he was teleported to the maze and another guy said maze is boring and I said I've never got maze yet and the M.o.M comes and teleports me to it :D also got another maze the next day while mining gold in the guild back at my first acc Hah, made you look. ;DUsed to have a smith/mining blog here, BUT THAT WAS A LONG-TIME AGO.

June 25, 200719 yr Minotaurs is the Security stronghold i kept ranging them and got 4 mazes, 3 mystery boxes, 1 freaky forester, 1 mime, and 1 rick turnpikes in an hour.
