June 13, 200719 yr I'd have to say the Crash Bandicoot series is one of the most played games in my youth, ever. I remember playing it like there's no tommarrow on the original Playstation. Was anyone else in love with Crash Bandicoot as I was? haha. I was just sitting here reading forums the other day when I randomly thought about busting crates open running away from giant rocks and what-not. Don't forget his [bleep]che' death voice.. haha. Yeah, Naughty Dog I believe was the name. Awesome company, made some truly great games, such as the original Crash's and Spyro's. Why can't games be like those now? June 13, 200719 yr Yeah, Naughty Dog was the name I think. Since the games were bought out they've completely lost their charm. Crash: Twinsanity relied on the Crash/Vortex duo gimmick, and it didn't go by the old skool portal system. Spyro is doing all right. The last one had voice talents of David Spade and Elijah Wood, and it had a new combat system that worked. Though it wasn't near as fun as the old games. June 13, 200719 yr Being about 50 years old before learning how to play Playstation, Crash Bandicoot was the only PS game I was ever interested in. I used to love to shoot missiles at my 6 year old son and blow him off the track. Eventually we both found Runescape and he lost all his PS2 disks. That would be the only PS2 game I would re-buy.

June 14, 200719 yr Man, if my PS1 hadn't crapped out all those years ago.. Just get a ps2, and a ps1 memory card and you'll be fine. Anyway I can't believe that game is only comnig for the wii. Crash bandicoot was originally playstation's mascot, so why not at least put in a ps3 version (I have nothing against the wii). Also I LOVED crash bandicoot when i was a kid, I remember I kept dying on the huge boulder level because I was bad at video games in general. I like to play warped and then restart the game so I could go through the levels again (problem is they're too easy now). It was a blast, I have all the ps1 versions of crash (also known as all the good ones), I bought the first one later just for the heck of it. It's a shame that crash bandicoot is in such a pitiful state right now (wrath of cortex could've been good if the loading times weren't so painfully long). Oh well nothing that good can last forever. June 14, 200719 yr Ps3 should get Crash while wii should get Banjo :(. Why did rareware have switch to microsoft. I'd rather have Banjo and Kajooie (sp*) that Crash Bandicoot. 360 should get nothing. Wii should get Banjo. Ps3 should get Crash. :pray: Never played Crash and don't want to get it for Wii. Quit RuneScape :)
June 14, 200719 yr ahh, that is a great memory of when I first moved to where I currently lived, about 8 years ago. Me and my brother convinced my parents to let us buy a playstation 1 (the hottest thing out there, at the time), and i remember playing crash bandicoot, spyro, and tony hawk's pro skater 1 over and over. I remember the boxes of TNT you had to avoid, the level where you were running backwards, racing against a giant boulder, and the boss with the jet powered spaceship thingy. :
