Low str players = noobs , why ?

I don't think you'd appreciate getting called "noob" anywhere, even though you say anything and everything is a noob, including you of course. Annoying Player is closer to it, but the word noob can mean lots of things, all negative though.

 

The true noobs are usually those who use this word often, although sometimes you can call e.g. a scammer a noob and then you're right.

 

While it is true that I could mock my friend "smilie noob" or something, that gets old after a while.

I'm a low str player, 109 combat and 81 str, because i believe str is useless without high attack, and high defence. Hit often and never be hit is more useful than hiting the odd 30.

 

 

 

I know somebody who is 99 att, 99 def and 70 str (hope he doesent read this) but hes definately not a noob, why have high str when you can hit constant 15+, but never be hit? a battle of endurance, and str loses.

Much of the population has the mentality of that having high str is a necessity but in fact it's the most useless melee skill :-$

With 99 attack, hp, def, ect, but one str, you can only hit likes threes with a whip!

 

You don't need to have 1 str to prove to me strength is useful. Either way you look at it, attack and def are more useful than strength. You have 99 strength, you can hit 40+ 50+ but you can't hit without high attack. Likewise, with high defence chances of getting hit. Therefore, if you can't even hit, what is the point of being able to hit high then? Tanks > pures.

i keep my stats balanced ~ 74 attack 74 str and 73 def and i get called a noob because apparently being able to hit your oppenent and not take as much damage isn't as important as being able to hit high. I hate that str is the most important skill now

Eh, just ignore em dude, Im 99 92 89 and I sometimes get called a defense noob , just makes it easier to rub it in their faces when I own em :twisted:

 

 

 

 

 

All the melee skills are very helpful, Attack increases your accuracy, Strength increases the damage you inflict, and Defense decreases the amount of damage you take.

I hate it when I was level 94 with 70 Strength, that's low, but I don't care about it, I love Attack, Defense and certainly Prayer a lot more.

I like to keep mine balanced. Strength a little bit higher to a certain extent.

As an F2p, my main is going to be built like a rune pure when it comes to melee stats (of course I'll have range and mage levels too, since it's a main), but once I'll get members, I'll get attack and defense to 60, then I'll keep them slightly below strength.

If you have 1 def when you're a high level pker (90 or so) 1 def will get you murdered.

 

 

 

Edit: when you say "fight without" you mean "pk without." Try barrowing or dking with 1 defence, see how far you go :-s

Yeah, everyone asking my str lvl only, not attack or def because they are as important skills as strenght too.
