June 25, 200719 yr I just became a member two days ago, and I got a clue scroll that says I need to wear a green gnome hat(which isn't in the Tip.It database), and snakeskin boots, while beckoning at the digsite. However, there are about seven quests that it looks like I need to do to gain access to Mos Le Harmless for snake hides. Is there any other way for me to get the boots? and what exactly is a "Green Gnome Hat?" I was recently told that you can only have one clue scroll at a time, and I've killed literally hundreds of monsters in the last two days. The clue scroll I'm talking about is the second one that I had gotten, and I found it abouttwo hours after digging up the first. June 25, 200719 yr I wouldn't recommend you do clues until you have some valuable experience in the members area. There is also a guide on Treasure Trails on Tip.it you could look at. The green gnome hat can be found at the Grand Tree to be bought or can be tradeable from other players. The snakeskin boots are better bought for 20k from other players as it is hard to get. June 25, 200719 yr The emote clues can get annoying for anyone, especially a new member. Snakeskin boots are usually easy to buy on world 18 edgeville, but if you want access to snakes that drop skins, all methods require at least 2 quests. You should make quests a top priority if you want to make full use out of membership and have access to most of the game. Trust me, I got a quest cape 8 months after joining members. Proud owner of a Quest cape!
June 25, 200719 yr both items can easily be bought from stores (hat) or other players (boots). No challenge there. Some clues require you to go to quest areas, such as the kharazi jungle or the elvenlands, for which you need to have started legends or regicide respectively to access. Again, that's a good thing since it inspires you to complete those quests.

You're going to have a lot of trouble completing Treasure Trails unless you do quite a few quests. I'd stick with level 1 clue scrolls until you get some quests under your belt. tip.it's Treasure Trails Guide is your friend.
