Ok, I need to spend some cash to get 350k Range Exp for 70 Range. My friend said Red Chinchompa's. I know I will need a lot of money.

 

 

 

But here's the discussion... Is 70 Range really worth it? I don't want to spend the cash if 70 Range isn't worth the money. BTW I only have 2.3 Mil so If I spent it on Chin's I'd be almost broke.

Just use good old fashinoned bow and arrow. Buy a msb and like 5k bronze arrows and you're set. Range is totally worth it and it's the best skill ever \ :thumbsup:

No no, trust me there are always good PC worlds (during USA day time anyways). That's how I've gotten my member pures leveled up, and most of them started PCing at level 40...

Depending on your lvl and the monster you get assigned, training range through slayer tasks can be quite quick. I went from 40 - 50 really fast using iron knives.

70 is totally worth it.

 

You it opens up crystal bow, karils set and black hide.

 

They not only help with range, but they are great for slayer monsters (cave horrors and pyrefields to name 2).

Ranged 70 is absolutly needed!

 

The main reason is black dragon hide. You get THE armor agains magic. Pretty cheap too, so you can wear it in wildy. Plus very very useful as a protection from majority of slayer mosters.

One of the first things I did on p2p was get 70 range. At rock-crabs :oops:

 

 

 

Anywho, it is really worth it. Just don't blow all your money.. :D

So worth it, Getting it from rock crabs can be annoying although the XP Isn't bad, Jellies are okay as you can usually get the money back from the drops/Clues etc. Or if you don't want to spend any money at all..

 

Use PC With melee, And spend the point on Ranged. You can usually get a good PC Clan on the forums, Or use SS To get a good world.

The only advantage those chims have is speed. I might suggest using throwing knives, they are stackable and with Ava's device, easy to pick up and very quick compared to a bow.

350k exp at your level will take:

 

 

 

12 hours using iron knives - cost ~ 100k max

 

2 hours using chins - cost ~ 3M minimum

 

15 hours using msb and iron arrows - cost ~ 75k max

 

 

 

Use knives on something like fire giants for decent experience and drops. 70 is most definately superduper!

Go to the dungeon of tolna(dungeon of a soul's bane) and with ava's accumulator, it is good experience, range them from the central lobby and the accumulator gets your arrows back also the monsters have high heakth and low defence.

Lvl 70 ranged id required to get that lovely quest cape as well.

 

 

 

I got it from slayer assignments, like I got most of my combat experience. If you want to "rush" it, it's gonna cost you. If you want it somewhat slower (using bronze/iron arrows, it's a helluvalot cheaper.

I recommend fire giants. I went from 60 - 70 there and got awesome drops like 10k fires, 300 rune arrows and around 10 rune scimmys. Plus a lot of bloods and chaos.
