Heh... How do you guys not know who Ashley is?

 

 

 

Ah well... I remember once hearing that she was releated to Paul/Andrew, but I can't say if that's true or not.

I've not heard of anybody named Ashley either...

No... Jagex had another game site called gamesdomain where you could play checkers, chess, connect 4 etc... They were advertising for Runescape on there before it ever opened so the day it went public I joined.

 

 

 

 

 

They had it until rs2 too.. it had flea circus.. battleship... bottomless pit (took forever gave cheats for their games not rs).

You are now thinking of jagex games in their front site, nevertheless, gamesdomain wasn't jagex's, but castledomain within was and was even administered by jagex, and castledomain was removed when castledomain was sold to some company. also gamesdomain indeed had those games you mention, but they weren't in castledomain and i doubt you meant them either

I couldn't bare to listen to that interview for more than a minute. The host sounded like they where about to wet their pants *if you could hear them* and ashley seems to have no experience with public speaking.

Hi everyone,

 

 

 

Firstly can I please say thank you for all the feedback, their has been a fair bit of criticism about the audio quality but it is fairly justified and we have since worked hard on improving the audio quality greatly.

 

 

 

The next episode should be even better with the new software / hardware being used.

 

 

 

With regards the Podcast content we have also taken on board feedback, including that posted here to change the way we now structure the podcasts.

 

 

 

Main changes:

 

 

 

1) Length of main podcast is a lil longer

 

People said they liked to listen whilst they trained, We usually are able to find plenty of relevant up to date content to discuss :)

 

 

 

2) Available on Itunes

 

We appreciate that it is easier to download and control on ITunes so we are now up there (and at the time of posting this ranked #15 for aNY search on 'runescape') Subscription also eases things.

 

 

 

3) Interviews and main podcasts now -Seperate-

 

If you folks don't want to hunt through a bunch of gossip to get to the interviews then don't ;) In future all interviews will bE recorded and uploaded seperately to the main podcast, we are currently talking to several top 100 players and several top 10 players in skills to arrange interview dates. You will be able to download these on demand.

 

 

 

4) Clarity of questions

 

The 1st interview was not geared as high a level as it ought have been in terms of the questions asked, I can assure all listeners that in future all interviews WILL be more suitable questions and will be things you want to know about (Hell they interest me and i'm not quite a nub ;))

 

 

 

5) Number of interviews

 

The last couple of weeks have been a little slow due to setting up new systems (And also work on other "uber top secret" rs projects ;)) but, the number of interviews EVEERY month in future will be about 3+

 

 

 

6) Guests....Guess who?

 

Anyone, can be interviewed. IF, they are someone who the listeners want to hear about :) Are you famous in RS? Know someone who is famous in RS? Let me know and We can sort out an interview.

 

Interviews only take 15 - 30 minutes and are very relaxed and straight forward. If you want to take part get hold of skype (we use to record the show) and drop me a pm, it is a very quick process and will get you another 15 mins of glory.

 

 

 

 

 

So in essence we are working on it - it will continue to improve. Please consider subscribing to get all the future episodes, and DO consider taking part.

I do not know why you assumed the only reason we interviewd Ashley was due to the fact she was an early player. The reason we interviewed her was because she has amazingly high stats, and we thought that it would be nice to interview such a high level player.
