July 16, 200719 yr Port Sarim is sometimes empty, sometimes not. Same with Varrock, although it's almost always crowded with buyers. Maybe try the Mage Arena rune shop? There aren't any requirements to get in, and it's safe inside, plus there's a bank too. Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D
July 16, 200719 yr Buying runes from any rune shop should be considered a total write-off especially with the hordes of auto-buyers sitting at the rune shop. You're better off killing monsters, runecrafting or buying from players so that you won't be frustrated competing with the auto-buyers. July 16, 200719 yr If you start Lunar Diplomacy there is a secret runeshop where i buy my runes. it is almost always fully stocked. Death runes are only 180 each and bloods are 350. Good Deals! :thumbsup:

July 21, 200719 yr It's a miniquest. Go talk to him in the wildy, then in Varrock temple. Then just teleport to the rune essence mines from Aubury (in Varrock), Sedridor in the basement of the wizard's tower south of Draynor, and Cromperty in Ardougne, north of the market. Then take the orb back to him in Varrock, and you can talk to him in level 5 wildy north of Edgeville to either teleport to the abyss, or buy runes. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!
