Maybe try the Mage Arena rune shop? There aren't any requirements to get in, and it's safe inside, plus there's a bank too. You're better off killing monsters, runecrafting or buying from players so that you won't be frustrated competing with the auto-buyers. Then just teleport to the rune essence mines from Aubury (in Varrock), Sedridor in the basement of the wizard's tower south of Draynor, and Cromperty in Ardougne, north of the market. Then take the orb back to him in Varrock, and you can talk to him in level 5 wildy north of Edgeville to either teleport to the abyss, or buy runes. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!
