Amazing, very entertaining to watch.

The founder of the sport is David Belle by the way.

We do it all the time at school for fun. :P Mind you, at a very low level. :XD:

(By the way if something's old in TIF OF, than that's parkour. We've loads of topics about it.)

this is very neat, I've seen it many times before. They are in tip top shape and probably do rock climbing, yoga, and gymnastics to do the things they do. I don't know exactly how you can practice a lot of this stuff, at least without getting seriously hurt many times :XD: . But I really enjoy this video.

Parkour is awesome, period. It's really fun, and if you've never practiced, I recommend you go out and at least try some basic stuff. Or, you can get into a group, and they might have sessions in your area, which is even more fun, cause you get to learn from all the experienced people. I've been into it for just about a year, and you should seriously try it out if you never have before.

(Also, just to let you know, some traceurs will get on you pretty bad if you use parkour as a verb)

Same, it's intense stuff o_O.

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

O______________O

That's incredible. How does he do all of those amazing stunts without getting hurt?

Lost of practice, and being able to know your limits.

How much of that stuff can you do o_O?

I can do most of the basic stuff: wall jumping, front flips, aerials, but those experts are frikking scary o_O.

I'm nowhere near that good. I can do all of the basic stuff, wall runs, kongs, gate vaults, wall spins, that stuff, but the actual hard part of it is applying those. I mean, practicing moves over and over is good and all, but it's being able to use them in sequence well running at full speed, and make the 'moves' flow from one to another, that's the challenge.

Those videos you see aren't really true Parkour, either; Parkour is spontaneous and unplanned, and those videos are planned and edited.
