F2P mage training

I'm searching a place to cast over 2000 fire bolts in F2P, lesser demons have always been my favourites but it got really crowded there, if you know any places with safespots, post them here

 

 

 

There must be:

 

 

 

A safespot

 

Not much people

 

High hp monsters

 

F2p

Well i dont know if they have very high hp but the minotaurs are good training in the SOS and you can get a lot of iron arrows to train range or just sell. Or you could try the white knights at the castle in Falador.

Are you really sure that you want to lose (an average) of 5 magic exp per cast?

 

 

 

Fire Bolt averages about 34 per cast but

 

Crumble Undead averages about 39 per cast.

 

Both use Chaos runes.

 

 

 

...if you know any places with safespots,

 

Well, a multi-combat spot would work well.

 

That way, you will almost always have a target.

 

You could try casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers

 

across the water into the 4 zombie ladder room, or the caged lesser in the

 

wizzy tower, or white knights in the screen/torture room on the second

 

floor of theor castle, or Crandor Island Lesser demons, or Crandor Island Moss giants, etc

 

 

 

...A safespot

 

All of the above have that.

 

 

 

Not much people

 

Well, either use a multi-combat spot or world hop.

 

Obviously if a great spot existed it would get crowded.

 

 

 

High hp monsters

 

Why?

 

High HP monsters do allow you to be more efficient with your casting,

 

but you are throwing 13% away anyway by using FB instead of CU.

 

 

 

'Course, FB makes more sense if you want minimum clicking

 

but I always prefered to get the most exp per gp spent.

 

 

 

F2p

 

All of the above are F2P.

 

 

 

Finally, consider using failed Curses instead of a Chaos rune based spell.

 

It's about the most cost effective way to raise F2P magic.

go to alkarid mines or dwarven mines there isnt many there and the scorps have 17 hp go on cliff in alkarid or go behind mining rocks in dwarven

you could try experiments

 

 

 

no safespots but never hit more than 1

 

remember, its f2p only. i trained my magic with fire bolt from 82-88 magic at ice warriors at the ice caves.

ankous on the fouth level of the stronghold of security is just what you're looking for ... high hp, safespots, no competition.

 

 

 

if you can stand all the clicking you should use crumble undead because its cheaper (less airs), more experience, and just as fast to cast. crumble undead works on ankous, too.

Go to SoS. There is a room on the second level with 2 flesh crawlers that are essentially sessile. (not moving)

 

 

 

stay in the middle and cast back and forth. no need to pick up anything.

they are not really high hp but you are totally safe. there is no one there.

You could try Hopgoblins south of Fally and use the safe spot. :)
