Wear Full iron, go to the Stronghold of Security in Barberian Village. On the first floor scout the rooms until you find one with about 9 rats.. sorry.. I forget the direction. Anyways, just curse the rats, you will miss almost every time, so no need to curse a different one each time, and if you manage to hit one, there are plenty more. They can't do damage, so that helps. Good luck.

Zammy mages north of falador, near the altar with the wine. Just curse one (it will fail), jump over the wilderness ditch and continue failing casts on him.

He meant best negative mage bonus.

 

I recomend wearing full rune, and casting on zammy monks near the wine.

the lesser cage at wizards tower or hill giants.

lesser demon at wizards castle wear full rune or something.

There are lots of places that will work very well.

 

 

 

The main idea is to always dress in your worst magic attack gear.

 

That is usually any full metal armor, kite shield, SoS boots, green vambraces, and a staff.

 

That will get you to -68 for magic attack and that's more than enough

 

to always fail your Curse.

 

 

 

Since you will fail the Curse that means that you can re-use the same

 

monster again and again and again yet still get the full 29 magic exp.

 

Monsters in a multi-combat zone are good to use because it means that you

 

will (almost) always have a target.

 

 

 

Some good targets to use include: zombies in the ladder room in the

 

Varrock sewers (cast from the key room, 100% safe), the caged red

 

monk under the Varrock stairs, Port Sarim jail, caged Lesser in the wizzy

 

tower, White knights in the screen room, river ducks, and any monster

 

behind a fence or ditch.

 

Lots of monsters will work well.
