Now that the graphic update on crandor got rid of all my favorite spot to range, I need to find a new place. Please give me some idea. Actually, I have to disagree... there IS a lot of safe spots to pick from... the only catch is that you must melee long enough to make the monsters go non-aggressive. Feel free to join me the next time I am able to go there. (This will be after my main has full mime and all mime emotes!) ~Mr. D. V. I swear the minotors on the first level are practically the best low level (10 - 60) range spot on f2p. There is a great little wall in the most south east part of the level where you can range minotors all day without getting hit and they also drop iron arrows regularly so you'll never run out of arrows. Other good drops include gold and uncut gems. give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rulerdavid Posted August 18, 2007 Share Posted August 18, 2007 I find the best f2p ranged spot by far the levle 82 ankous in the level 4 security stronghold. There's a safespot behind a few bones and unlike moss giants or lesser demons, there is a large amount of ankous to kill with few competition. Also, nearly everything they drop is stackable so you can stay there and take drops into infinity. I myself trained there for probably 2m+ ranged exp. Maybe slightly less.
