I think's it's fine, and it'll take you either a really long time or a whole lot of people to make your own, especially if you want it to compete with Tip.It, RuneHQ, Draynor.net, RuneVillage, RuneWeb, RSBandB, and all the others. And if you don't know how to make a site, I doubt you are able to make a real fansite. The forum you created confirms this. You literally copied some forums from TIF, misspelled some and added a lot of useless forums. Nobody will like it, nobody will come. Maybe a bit harsh, but it's the truth. First you make the unique/desired content - ex. pics that can't already be found elsewhere, guides, commentaries, information, etc. Then you do the design. No matter how much you spend on your forum or how well-designed it is, no one will go there unless you have something they want. Content is king.
