August 18, 200718 yr You shouldn't get a black mark as long as you didn't actually do it, or go around confessing to it for no reason. And yeah people get permanently muted for breaking the rules to many times. Its not neccessarily just for rule 1. If you've been caught pass or item scamming you can be permanently muted.
