Get another screeny from a pic with Cocking & 9 or 0 on the level up page, on a different Paint tab. Copy the chat box, and paste it on to the picture you didn't get the level up. Since everything's up there but the 9 or 0, take an old photo, copy and paste the 9/0 where it should be on the picture you screwed up on. Sorry if this is confusing... If I was to make a guide with what I have I'd have to go and get another smithing level which I'm not willing to do :P. It's pretty simple though.
