The Abyss totally ruined Runecrafting ALOT more then ZMI or anything else.

 

 

 

1Mill+ cash an hour is insane and in fact Abyss Runecrafting ruined every single buyable skill.

 

 

 

EDIT: Comparing Pest Control with ZMI altar does not make sense

 

 

 

Pest Control is hated because you could get the best combat xp per hour by hitting a portal for 20 damage or repairing a fence (that was not fair seeing combat is about killing monster and you could also get very good ranged,magic and prayer xp)

 

 

 

ZMI Altar is only a solo version of Law running with little cash bonus...

That was a really nice idea. I haven't checked out the ZMI altar yet myself, but when I do, I will for sure check it out in W70 :)

As a fighter, I can make 10k cash an hour without alching anything, and the experience is decent.

 

 

 

I am really alone, lots of crafters running by, and it would be really hairy without protect from magic/range/melee. But I made 10k in coin, 2 rune scimmys and misc. runes (8 nats) in an hour. And it's a lot less boring than the mini-games in the warriors guild (going for strength).

 

 

 

If you don't have prayer potions, hang in front near the ladder and climb up to pray, climb down and fight. Rinse and repeat. I'm near 65 in att/str/def, so the attack strength and defense potions help a lot.

 

 

 

I think that four fighters could cover the whole passage and make a decent living at it. Tell your fighter friends, eh?
