What is the absolut fastest way to get from 82 to 99 ranged with a lose of 5-6 million cash - meaning I might use 10 mill but then get 4 million back in drops. I just want the fastest way - I am 11 pray though and I am pure!

If you think 80 slayer is fast to get, yes. Lol.

How "pure" are you? 1 def? 40 def? Blue dragons in the Ogre Dungeon will make a ton of cash. From that, you might be able to start using chins.

DONT NEED CASH - JUST FAST XP!

If you can make rune arrows, them plus msb = 75k-100k xp an hour. Train at a spot either near a bank or a place where you need next to no food, with good drops. Tzhaar caves is such a place and using rune arrows you actually profit from their obby and tokkul drops.

Hero's Dungeon Blue dragon has at least two safe spots and you cant get hurt, although its a highly popular spot

Iron Knives + Unholy Book + Ava's Accumulator at the Fire Giants with some High Alchs with you means massive XP, and depending on your drops, maybe even a gain profit.

Prayer is essential to training through chins which he lacks. I believe you can just buy lots of knives and use them in waterfall dungeon against fire giants, not really sure which is the fastest way though.

Easily the best definition. I find the black demons in Taverly dungeon a great profit- maker, with decent XP. Use the same setup but bring an anti pot and shield. Anyways, On my 2nd and 5th demon i got rune chains, the 9th one got me a loop half =). They take like 3 minutes kill though.

Cbow at bloodveld .. there is a chair where you can use as a safespot
