Just a few things...

1. Mention whether or not the abyss can be used to make death runes without completing the quest, under abyss section.

2. Add that tiaras cannot be used for combination runes. Under combo rune section.

3. Can combination runes be used for a spell that only needs one of them? Under combo rune section.

4. People rcing using the abyss should probably wield either an axe or a pickaxe. Takes no inventory space, but provides another route in. Power runecrafting section.

5. One tactic for getting pouches from the Abyssal monsters is bringing a few prayer potions, monks robes, holy symbol, and other prayer-boosting items and killing leeches until you get one. A bit safer than bringing armor, both because of decreased danger from pkers and the fact that there's no worry of death once you're in the abyss. When you're done, tele out. Power runecrafting section.

6. Some people bring an ectophial to the abyss just in case... I'd include that. Power runecrafting section.

7. To avoid risking the loss of a Glory Amulet with the abyss, some people take a ring of dueling instead and go to castle wars bank from the altar, then withdraw a glory ammy and tele back to edgeville. Not the most time-efficient way, but the least risky for those who can't afford the lost of a 100k amulet. Power runecrafting section.

EDIT: Also, under "Talismans"... Pyrefiends drop Chaos talismen.

When you go into the abyss, the 'Passage', or entrance that requires no skill, will be EXACTLY 180 degrees around the center from your entrance point. I have verified this to be accurate, and have tested my theory hundreds of times.

[pokemama edit: needs verification]

[pokemama edit: no]

2. Add that tiaras cannot be used for combination runes. Under combo rune section.

[pokemama edit: a tiara can be used to gain access to one altar - the other type talisman must be sacrificed as far as I know. It doesn't consume two talismans.]

3. Can combination runes be used for a spell that only needs one of them? Under combo rune section.

[pokemama edit: yes]

4. People rcing using the abyss should probably wield either an axe or a pickaxe. Takes no inventory space, but provides another route in. Power runecrafting section.

[pokemama edit: that's what I do - abyss section should already list the obstacles and tools to get by? not sure if it does]

5. One tactic for getting pouches from the Abyssal monsters is bringing a few prayer potions, monks robes, holy symbol, and other prayer-boosting items and killing leeches until you get one. [pokemama edit: getting pouches does not belong under power crafting. some posters below claim they could not restore prayer.]

6. Some people bring an ectophial to the abyss just in case... I'd include that. Power runecrafting section.

[pokemama edit: the long walk to port phasmatys to get another one is quite disappointing. I'd leave this for people who have one to decide for themselves.]

[pokemama edit: will check bestiary and will spell it as "talisman".]

in tips and ticks-water runecrafting, you say that the closest bank to the water altar is in draynor. Are you sure that lumbridge castle isnt closer? the recipe for disaster chest is almost 1 year old and now theres a bank in the castle's roof. maybe you could add that

In the tips and tricks section, under the chaos runecrafting tip

To really save room, equip a dueling ring or glory and take a full load of ess, then when you have crafted the runes use your jewelry to tele to a bank, take out varrock tele spells, tele to varrock, grab ess from the east bank on your way to the statue and becuase of the extra rune each trip you gain a little bit of time.

Just something I've experimented with a bit...I've found that using a small pouch doesn't seem worth the 2 extra rune essence. The time it takes to load it and unload it, while it might not seem like much, makes it so that using it can even take longer than just using med and larger pouches. I haven't tried just using a small alone, but my guess is that would be even slower. If you had to choose between going with no pouch or using only a small pouch, going with no pouch should be faster.

Example: I timed myself doing a load of Law rune crafting. Did the exact same thing both times (didn't use run to be consistent), so timing should be as accurate as possible. With small pouch, I made 43 in 4:54 minutes, for an average of 8.776 laws per minute. Without small pouch, I made 41 in 4:40 minutes, for an average of 8.786 laws per minute. It's a very small difference in this example, over an hour period you're only making one less with a small pouch. Still, it is a difference, and can be noticeable with some places or over long enough peroids of time.

This could go under pouches or under tips and tricks.

Well, not quite sure where to put this.. But when entering the abyss, the skull you get will now be gone in 10 mins, instead of 20.

This is tested by my friend, and RS news page sais so

Regarding the claim

Power Runecrafting

This is the fastest method to runecraft any type of rune, but it has the associated risks of using the Abyss.

I find you can craft a trip of fire runes via the duel arena/castlewars in about half the time of an abyssal trip.

A typical abyssal trip ends up being about 90 seconds. This is 40 trips an hour. At 54 essence per trip (which is dangerous but possible never the less) this yields 21,600 experience per hour.

Crafting fire runes I find to come in at approximately 45 seconds per trip (80 trips an hour). At 54 essence per trip this yields 30,240 per hour.

There is no need to calculate slowdowns such as forgetting teleports, talking to friends, or breaking pouches, as these will effect both methods at about the same rate and their impact is negligible.

And obviously, neither of these come close to the amounts of experience per hour you can achieve hiring runners. I personally have acquired over 60,000 experience in an hour, and I know crafters who have beaten that record (without any sort of cheats either.)

In either case, I will admit that abyssing is my preferred method of crafting runes, because of it's massive profit potential, but what is stated is not accurate.

Also it should be noted that while it consumes more rings, the castle wars bank fire rune method is faster than the edgeville bank fire rune method because when teleporting to castle wars you typically end up closer to the bank than when teleporting to edgeville.

Thanks for hearing me out!

Under Tips and Tricks, you mention using the Duel ring / Balloon transport to make airs. I find it takes about 16 secs to reach the air altar from the Fally east Bank. And about 25 secs from Castle Wars.
