December 8, 200619 yr yea... scimmy is the best one... and for the guy saying whips, not everyone can afford, and whip is very bad for training strenght, if you dpn't want to train att/def together with it Why wouldn't they? Balance is the way to go (no, not Guthix!), I'd rather have higher def and att than str... So I use whip from now on, if I even will train combat, and fight with controlled. December 8, 200619 yr I'd have to say scimitar. The occasional few damage extra that you can do with D long doesnt outweigh the speed of a sicmitar, and neither does the few points of extra accuracy. However, specwise (meaning, that your fight is only lasting a short time) id go with a d long. December 8, 200619 yr D Scimmy, Ok out of the 2 D long has the best special, but the speed of the scimmy makes up for it. Faster hits means faster exp. On F2P would you choose a rune long over a rune scimmy I think not, same goes for P2P D long and scimmy. D Scimmy for the win.
