Robert_de_Sable
Full CB stats: 70 str 60 att 50 def 64 hp 50 rng 39 -ugh- mage [English translation needed]
Lord Diddy
Get 70 attack and 70 def before going to 99 str? The whip exp rates are much better than dragon. With 70 def this opens you options to Dh and guthans for high hits and long training periods. Train in axes in wildy hut (near Mb), shadow warriors (edge dungeon), both are in wilderness so be careful. If not those use experiments or rock crabs. Edit: Im such a fool, completely forgot that whip doesn't train str focused. My bad. :uhh:
vleademir
why he need whip for str?
pinguimmaiden
Whip is not the only weapon lv 70 att he can have barrows weapons too like the dharoks greataxe
VjuliusT
AT that level it's fine to train at dags. first train 70-80 attack or so then proceed on your strength.
kilermage3
weak monsters were not so much food is wasted and were xp is good... such as spiders in lvl 3 of the stronghold =] im there atm good luck in getting 99 str 34,105th to 99 atk
hephaestos8
experiments are great for training, but no drops
Alex_Ewan_1
your goal is gonna take a very very long time. Use the stronghold of security if you are f2p. If you are p2p then maybe green dragons? Goals achieved: lvl 99 Cooking, Fishing and Fletching.Surrey CC and Liverpool FC fan for life!
la la la
Definitely axe hut (less attention to game) or find a pc clan (more attention, a little faster). Use a dragon scimitar on aggressive to train, NOT a whip.
Lord Diddy
Yeah... just forget I said that. Meant to say 70 attack for Dharok set = GreatAxe.

Robert_de_Sable
There is no way I could ever have any chance of either finishing Monkey Madness OR Getting a Dharoks Greataxe. (BUMPAGE) [English translation needed]
Assassin1357
There is no way I could ever have any chance of either finishing Monkey Madness OR Getting a Dharoks Greataxe. (BUMPAGE) monkey madness isnt hard, and you should probaly work on getting money first if you cant buy a greataxe

Robert_de_Sable
I have fifty DEF, for goodness sakes, and even if I ever did attempt it it would be with only 60 DEF. Wouldn't I get, like, pwned? [English translation needed]

Robert_de_Sable
No, you don't understand, I'm bound to mess up somewhere. I suck at this game. I don't even quite know where I'm gonna screw up, but I will :( [English translation needed]
Assassin1357
No, you don't understand, I'm bound to mess up somewhere. I suck at this game. I don't even quite know where I'm gonna screw up, but I will :( then theres no way your going to get 99 strength if your that bad. I did the quest at level 72. It isnt hard at all. If you cant manage to spend a few hours doing a quest then you arent going to be able to spend 1-2 months getting 99 strength. Sorry but its the truth
Embraced
I have fifty DEF, for goodness sakes, and even if I ever did attempt it it would be with only 60 DEF. Wouldn't I get, like, pwned? I did MM with 60 def, and it was not very hard. Prayer is a very useful skill. P2P offers more and better ways of making money than f2p. That's one of the cons you just have to play with if you don't feel like having 1 bigmac meal less per month.
