nicrune007
that might but i found this somewhere these instructions replaces the list of blocked websites with an empty list 1.Back up the files c:\patrol\cyber.bin and c:\patrol\cyber.not to some other location on the computer Go to this location... and cut them and paste them somewhere else.. somewhere secret. 2.Create a zero-byte file called cyber.not in the c:\patrol\ directory. You can do this by running Notepad, picking "Save", and saving the blank file as an empty file at c:\patrol\cyber.not. Open notepad and save it as cyber.not @ c:\patrol 3.Notepad usually adds ".txt" to the end of a file first though, so if this happens, be sure to rename the file from cyber.not.txt to cyber.not. go and look for the file in step 2, rename "cyber.not.txt" into "cyber.not" 4.restart your computer. Windows will re-start. When you get back into Windows, you will still not be able to access the Internet though; Cyber Patrol will think that "tampering" has occurred. A new cyber.bin file will have been created automatically in c:\patrol, slightly smaller than the old one. Do nothing, just continue. Re-start Windows again, as in the previous step. This time, you will be able to access the entire Internet. Restart your somputer twice hope this helps you to understnad Hey Nicrune007 , Whats Your Username? 99 Ranged on 2/6/07 99 Hit Points on 9/5/08 99 Defense on 26/4/08 99 Attack on 14/2/09 99 Strength on 25/2/09 99 Slayer on 13/9/09\:D/

Nadril
Just wondering, but I thought it was against the rules to try and help with this sort of thing? Either way talk it out with your parents. But really, you're 17? (Wouldn't have known). Just get a job and buy your own damned PC.
The Runar
If you have a flash drive, install Sandboxie on it, download Firefox setup and install it to flash drive with Sandboxie. Programs installed and ran with Sandboxie won't affect anything on a computer, and nothing can affect them, I guess. -Tiigon The Runar's (OSRS) DIY blog - most viewed Blogscape blog ever! Mil
I;m not sure if this will work, but you can try uninstalling it with an external program (that will delete all remaining files and registries of that particular program). Try: Revo Uninstaller I'm not sure though :wall:
