With those stats you're able to, yes.

 

 

 

Expect people to tell you to train range and prayer a lot more first though.

This is for the c-bow method, you'll probably have to change if yo're using guthans. This is by far the best method though.

People have gotten it with lower stats than you, then again I have higher stats and have failed 3 times.. Has a lot to do with how steady your hand is and whether you can switch prayers proficiently.

i'd say you would do fine since pures can get it with 50 ranging and 43 prayer

this is another set-up:

 

Start: Full guthans (since you have it, might as well use it), skill cape (best option), fury or stole,barrows gloves, drag boots.Inventory: Rune x-bow, Black dhide is actually quite good, so that's an option, if you get the luck, full armadyl, coif optional, mith bolts (normal), addy bolts(e),4 sara brews, 3 range pots and the rest s restores, at least pray pots.

imo, getting a firecape is 5% about levels 90% skill and 5% luck. With your stats it's definitely possible, the hard part is keeping calm when you get to jad. expect to fail on your first attempt, most people do. The luck element comes from where Jad spawns, although i don't know if it matters as much since diagonal movement came out.

thats a bad idea, youll need range armor to hit jad accurately. he has pretty high def. dont take ruby bolts, use diamond for jad. you dont want to waste those precious health points once you get to jad

In my yesterday attempt,

 

i probably had most trouble with the 360 + 90 waves.. try sara brewing before those waves. helps :P

 

 

 

and when you see jad (spawned 2 times now infront of me)

 

you can eaaaaasily predict the attacks if you're calm =P

I would definetly get your prayer up to atleast 60.

 

 

 

Range well you could probaly hold with that but just in case maybe 80 then you'll get it no problem.

Not anymore. Pures can't lure like they could before diagonal movement.

 

 

 

I am 81 range and 52 pray and I got to wave 58. Since you have a much higher def I would say you can do it but I would say raise your range up since guthans is not usually the best way to go for it.

I tried 2 days ago: 72 range when I started (gotten 73 in wave 38 or so), 61pray, used rune x-bow with emerald(e) bolts, zammy book, black d hide and a lot of sara brews and super-restores and 3 range pots and p pots, and made it to the wave with a 360, a 180 and 2 90s (also got some bad luck with most 180 spawns)

 

 

 

Since you got barrows stuff, I think you have a good change to get it.

fire cape is 60% skill 30%stats and 10%luck

 

 

 

50% skill 20% stats 30% luck

 

 

 

I lost all 3 sara brews in first 30 rounds and got down to 9 hp. Then the spawns made it easy for trapping and I lasted till 58 when my luck ran out.

so im thinking mayb guthans helm karlis body karlis skirt range boots rune cross bow w/ emerald (e) bolts??? and a guthans war spear?

i would suggest 75+ range...
