It will not work in a couple of weeks when people start catching on... Requirements - Stats: None Money: 205k investment money People: A few people that want free exp for 5 mins The Meat (Straight to the point): Section 3) Table of contents Section 1) What is the Assist System? * Subsection A) Bolts * Subsection B ) Rune knives Section 2) How is the Assist System Abusable? Section 3) What items do I abuse? Section 4) Where to go for help or to hang out Section 1) What is the Assist System?? The Assist System is a new system that you can use on runescape which allows you to temporarily borrow someone else's skill level and do your own things with them without the risk of being scammed. It was released on November 5th and was in direct response to item scammings that had been going on for some time now when asking other people to smith for them, cut their gems, or cook for them. What they did not realize is that they opened opportunity for easy money. Section 2) How is the Assist System Abusable? Before, only people of high stats and money could do certain things that would normally be out of reach for the average player. This made items very valuable since they were only being put out by a few people and constantly consumed. If you could get the right skill, you could make lots of money. The thing is, now that virtually everyone can do it, prices STILL haven't dropped. You could make those items and profit off them 10 fold! All you have to do is find the right item that people need right away (since they will catch on and prices will drop), and mass-market it! Section 3) What items do I abuse? Currently, (at least what comes to my mind) people are in constant need of 2 items that cost a lot of money and they need fast: Bolts (e) and Rune knives. There could be more, but I just haven't had time to think. Now let's do a little match (Oh Noz...) Subsection A) Bolts Dragon bolts currently cost ~8k each in duel arena. Damn, that's a lot of money for duelers. A cut dragon gem costs ~50k each. Damn, that's a lot of money. A rune bar costs ~12k each. Still more money. Feathers cost ~5 each. ... Gems to enchant ... negligible Ok so where am I going with this? Get someone with a high level crafting and cut the dragon gem into bolt tips. You will get 12 (15?) bolt tips for the price of 50k. Get someone with a high level smithing and smith the rune bar into bolts (unf). You will get 10 bolts (unf) for the price of 12k. Get someone with a high level fletching and fletch the feathers onto the bolts, then attach the dragon bolt tips to the rune bolts. Get someone with a high level mage and enchant the bolts Let's say you bought 2 dragon gems (100k), 3 rune bars (36k), and 30 feathers (150) You just spent 136,150 to make 30 (24?) bolts. You sell those 30 (24?) bolts for ~8k each and you get ~240,000. (~192,000 with extra materials left over?) Profit every 2 dragonstone/3 runite bar used= 103,850 RSGP (55,850 with materials left over?) Good-game? Subsection B ) Rune knives Buy a rune bar. Please. It only costs 12k. Now get someone to assist you in smithing that bar into rune knives. You just got 5 (15?) rune knives. 5 (15?) rune knives at 3k each = 15k (45k?) Profit every rune bar used= 3,000 RSGP (32,000 RSGP?) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, you are going to mass produce this. November 7, 200718 yr Your topic looks a bit unorganized and confusing to me. Maybe it's just cause it late :-k . But from what I can tell, it looks like it would take a long time. Not to mention finding people with the requiered levels and time to all be on and willing at the same time and all of that good stuff. That's just my opinion. I'll re-read it again tomorrow because my brain's having a hard time functioning (I'm tired from working out, sleepy, and just finished a take home test that took 3 hours -.- ). November 7, 200718 yr You forgot to add that those take forever to sell. Not a great way to make money tbh. :notalk:w22 duel arena rune knives sell fast but yeah his method isnt that great. Price on dragon bolts and rune knives will never drop, becouse the only people who use them are rich stakers and pkers who dont care about the price.

November 7, 200718 yr High levelled players can do that themselves already and the 30k a day exp barrier stops people from abusing that. It is quite a good way of making money but they are not easy to sell really. November 7, 200718 yr Your prices are wrong. Rune bars are not 12k each. They are 13k-14k ish each. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

November 7, 200718 yr Ummm... You could have done this years ago. That is why prices haven't dropped. There is no reason why someone with the right levels would bother to assist you, the same way the wouldn't have bothered to trust-trade and make them for you before the Assist System. They'd still get the same xp, the same waste of time, the same no. of items at the end:- none. Hmmm.... I need a new siggy, get round to doing it later. Probably.
