Badminton ftw.

I agree, badminton rocks. Play as much badminton as you can. My highschool just took down their inside nets. :(

Mhm, yeah. And drink jet fuel so the ladies know how manly you are. Along with that, wrestle a lion and kill it with your own bare teeth.

You learn well. That is good.

Yes, wear something to keep the wind off. It will stop your pathetic un-Man body from freezing over and killing you once you begin to work up a sweat. Wind chill is your enemy.

Until you are a True Man, you will fear the icy teeth of the wind and its attacks against your sweat. When you have attained the proper level of Man, you will no longer require a windbreaker; the air itself will ionise around you from the sheer pressure of the testosterone you keep inside and keep you nicely warm.

Just get out there, as long as your sweat isn't instantly freezing on your face you can run in it. Besides, I quite like running in the cold, because I know that the faster I run the warmer I get, you never get too hot.

If you really can't stand the cold though, by a skipping rope and do 10 mins everyday. They're awesome for cardio.

Yeah, her funeral wasn't that long ago... last week actually... I got new teeth too, titanium, and I didn't have to pay a cent.

I would reccommeed basketball, but at an 8:30 mile? Get out to da track, dude. :shame: An average basketball player has to be able to sprint up and down the court man, and you're ready for if you can get it in under 7 minutes. It's tough, but you gotta work through it.

Don't let something as tiny as weather get to you. When working out or getting in shape, determination is key. You can't let anything that may hinder your abilities get in the way, unless it's an injury. Work through it. The feeling of accomplishment you get after it is like no other.

HEY!

There's nothing wrong with an 8:30 mile. Though I am a runningback for my football team... I should get better. But nevertheless, that still is a decent time.
