darksonic45 Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 At the runescape homepage scroll down until you see "Recently added articles" and you'll see "Summoning Part 1 - Concept" and to the left of the summoning article, you'll see the picture on top of this post which shows a sun and a moon. In the November BTS Jagex mentioned a very big update. A new skill is just as big as the other new skills, so why mention this one as something that's gigantic? Because it could possibly bring daytime and nighttime. Will summoning bring Day and Night along with it, making it easier to summon creatures at different times or for some unrelated reason? Yeah, I think that the daytime and nighttime will come and go much quicker, for the people that could only play at certain times of the day. You could summon normal things at daytime, but like the same form of it but a stronger for of it in a zombie/skeleton form at night time or something. Heck, how about it be done completely out of sync so people can log in, even if they con only log in on on certain times of the (Earth) day, they would log in to day or night? Because if they fx. made 12 hour day and 12 hours night to fill out a complete day, then some players would always play at daytime and others at night. I hope you get what I mean. In another game i play (FFXI) they have like an hour = 2 mins and you can go through several days in 2-3 hours and nighttime does have alot of dif. things ( like undead appear and some monster become stronger etc.) opposed to day-time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
