Well, as the title says, what's da highest hitting weapon in da game?

Most likely the armadyl godsword or possibly dharoks axe in the full set potted, prayed and 1hp.

Full dharoks. Single weapon(noit including set effects/armour) would be the armadyl godsword.

Full dh for sure, once i hitted 48 with 73 str :

If you count specs maybe keris ^o) not sure if dh hits higher but theyre similar

I believe I heard of dh maxing in the 70's with 99 str and max str bonus (zerker ring, fury, dragon boots, barrow gloves, fire cape?) , super str potted, under 10 hp, and using piety.. but I am not sure this has been proven.

Dharok's can hit at least 110. Ive seen up to 104 with Keris. Finally, I've seen high 60's with Armadyl. You should also not forget dark Bow, I've seen double 48's(96) with that thing.

Once i was in fight caves and a guy killed me in 1 hit, i had 72 hp in that time....

in the wildy , vengence ring of recoil , dds spec with all bonus possible , agaisnt a dher , this coud be the max i guess

Well, I would have to say the abyssal whip. It gives a slash bonus of 82. It is also one of the fastest hitting weapons in RuneScape. With it's special attack and speed combined, it makes a powerful weapon with high accuracy. The price is pretty low as well. Only at 1,200,000-1,300,000 gp, which is great compared to some other weapons.
