I was wondering if it would be possible for a level 3 skiller to be selected as a runescape mod. I understand that the player would need to play for quite some time, but is it still possible?

Yes, Ive heard of several, and know one.

Yeah, zzzamorak is the most well known level-3 skiller, that is a player mod.

Another would be Castlexwars. It's definitely possible, you just need to show the level of maturity expected from a mod. Jagex doesn't select mods based on whether they like combat.. It's be like having a woodcutting or fishing level requirement. :-s

Yup, Miner I, an occasional poster on these forums, is a level 3 skiller/merchant and player moderator.

lvl 3's can be mature. And they might be just walking around looking for rulebreakers and helping people instead of getting skills.

The rule of thumb is, anyone can be selected as a player moderator, regardless of their combat level. If you show the maturity needed for moderator, then you will be selected. It doesn'e matter if it is level 3 or level 126. :)

Ive seen lvl 90+ that steals arrows and flame all tÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôhe time, and ive seen lvl 3 mods before, the level doesent matter as said above its the maturity

However I belive to become a mod someone else has to write a feedback to Jagex saying how nice/helpful you are. At least thats what their page suggests so reporting people all day probably wont help you much (if thats what you were going to do).

People with maturity aren't always chosen. I've seen a lot of immature and rude mods who probably were chosen because of the amount of reports they sent in.
