You could get a Guthan's Spear with 0 Kill Count. However, your Kill Count does affect the other rewards you get, including coins, runes, and Bolt Racks. The higher your Kill Count, the more of those you get. At 8 Kill Count, you have the ability to receive Bolt Racks. Personally, I have done about 350 Barrow runs, and in my experience, with moderate stats, I find it most profitable to get 10, no more, no less. I'd say get a decent one at least 22-29, hope it helps, if not, go lower, if that doesn't work, try random kill counts valuing 6-51 You are not alone, Our Father, God will always be with you.
