kaiokenx4
Hello and welcome to my guide on how to make huge amounts of money in a fairly short while with an f2p (free to play) character. I will be telling you how to make money in runescape step by step. PART 1, COMBAT) You can either use an existing account or create a new one. I would prefer using an existing account because it would most likely have a higher combat level but if you make a new account, first you need to train your combat level to 40 and get your DEFENSE to a high level (defense is very important). To train your combat level to 40, first train on chickens near Lumbridge (IF YOU ARE A MAGE OR AN ARCHER THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT GETTING ARROWS BACK WITHOUT TELEGRAB, THEN YOU SHOULD GO RIGHT AWAY TO THE WIZZY TOWER SOUTH OF DRAYNOR VILLAGE AND TRAIN ON THE LESSER DEMON THAT IS CAGED! WARNING: DO NOT ATTACK MAGES!!! THEY CAN KILL A LOW LVL IN A MATTER OF SECONDS AND ARE USUALLY UNDERESTIMATED!!!). Chickens can drop regular bones and feathers. Feathers sell 10gp each on the street and regular bones sell 50gp each on the street. This is good for low levels because it lets them gain combat level while gaining a small amount of money. Once you get to level 10, start training on goblins in a hut near the toll entrance to the Al Kharid desert and Duel Arena. Goblins can drop coins and regular bones, so you might want to gain small profit on those. You should train on goblins until you get to level 25. Once you get to level 25, go to the barbarian village and kill barbarians. At first, you should let other people start attacking them first so you will not get attacked. Watch out for Gunther the Brave and the barbarian archer! If you not paying attention and you are still low leveled, Gunther is still able to deliver some damage on you, especially when you are at low health. If you are a mage or archer, the barbarian archer can range you, so watch out if you have low hp or defense. After you get a little better combat level, you should start attacking barbarians on your own and killing Gunther by yourself. OPTIONAL: If you want to get monsters to kill alone, there might be minotaurs or wolves in the barbarian stronghold that no one else is attacking. Train until you reach combat level 40. PART 2, MINING) BEFORE READING THIS STEP, READERS SHOULD NOTE THAT ORES CAN BE SOLD TO SMITHERS, WHICH SOMETIMES BUY LARGE AMOUNTS OF ORES. SOME ORES ARE IN HIGH DEMAND, AND THEIR PRICES CAN CHANGE VERY QUICKLY!!! After you have trained your combat level to 40, mine copper and tin which you can sell to shops for 3gp each. You should keep on mining these two ores and selling them until you reach 15 mining. Now, you can step it up a notch and mine iron, which can have a street price of 80-100gp each. If you are wondering why you have trained combat, it is so you can stand up to the king scorpions and scorpions that may randomly attack you in the dwarven mine. Now the big bucks can start being made. After you have achieved a mining level of 30, start mining coal. Mine coal until you get atleast 100k. Note: the more money you get now, the better you will prosper later. COAL CAN BE SOLD ON THE STREET FOR BIG MONEY(160-200gp each)!!! If you have gained a mining level of 60, then you can get coal quicker in the mining guild south of the middle bank in Falador. Remember, the higher mining level you get, the faster you mine ores! Another thing that I should tell you to stay away from is multiple logged in accounts. To keep the game more fun and to prevent cheating, do NOT mine with multiple accounts at the same time. PART 3, MERCHANTING) Merchanting is definitely the fastest way to get money in runescape if you are good at it. Many fail so doing this. To be a successful merchant, remember these general rules: 1. Buy low, sell high. 2. The more money you already have, the more money you will make. 3. Watch out for scams. 4. Listen up on current prices. A price change can dramatically change how much money you make in a good way or a bad way. 5. Do not merchant extremely expensive things such as santa hats and other rares! If their prices change dramatically, then you will be left losing millions of gps! 6. If you are a member (p2p), then you can make more money while merchanting. Some things that are good for merchanting for f2ps are rune scimitars, trimmed armour sets, and steel bars. I will not tell you the prices of these merchanting items because the prices can change very rapidly. Well, this is all I have to tell you and the best of luck to you! Forsaken Legends, the F2P/P2P everything clan that's been gaining power since 2008! no_way2go
Combat training hardly brings in any money in f2p, merchanting is mostly dead due to the GE and mining isn't a very effective money-maker until lvl 85. - Back to casual f2p scaping due to limited time (university and girlfriend ) -

Johannas
i wasn't that impressed tbh... that guide could get you about 300k max, and it wouldn't be quick! i mean... feathers, bones, coal? lol If you had some more experience perhaps you could go into more areas for those that prefer other skills to make money, ie crafting, woodcutting Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
