October 4, 200817 yr Keep in mind that he has good melee defense. I get saying your points are stupid is overdoing it, saying it is less important would have sufficed. Sorry. Well we all have different thinks that work for us. I just got my second fire cape last night, and I have NEVER died on Jad due to missing a prayer switch with my method. So, whatever floats your boat, but I was just throwing another viable method out there.
October 4, 200817 yr Author I tried your tactic Lala, and to be honest with you it was hard for me :o I switched prayer way better usual way. Your forgetting something. We got 2 senses which we use most of time: hearing and seeing. Eyes+Ears. Range Attack: Easy to see =Eyes Magic Attack: Easy to hear =Ears Atleast that's how i do it and it works great :D

October 5, 200817 yr Author try training at waterfiends as they use both magic and range Good idea, but the bad thing is that Waterfiends are not TzTok-Jad: hence you wouldn't get the same effect. Waterfiends - does not lean forward when they attack with magic Waterfiends - does not stomp the ground when they attack with range. Get it? :thumbup: but...they are good way of increasing your reaction speed. But i think it's bad idea: as waterfiends are strong and hard, and a video would be better. :)

October 5, 200817 yr Author Well if you got 55 Slayer i recommend buying Broadbolts. They hit as hard as adamant bolts but less accurate( still good). They are very cheap (Cheaper than mith bolts!). Emerald e=no cause it cost alot, and poision dont help on a single monster. But you should use diamond e on Tztok-Jad. October 5, 200817 yr Author 1.5K Broad - Check (Correct choice) and 150-200 diamond e;) Now practice prayers for a hour or two (i recommend it). That will really help you. When you face TzTok-Jad, don't be nervous. These things kill people at TzTok-Jad: 1. Lack of knowledge (Don't know how to fight the boss) 2. Nervous 3. Lagg 4. Mistake (During a wave) Read guide careful and switch prayers until you got it, and use all videos posted on this guide for best results :thumbup: Prepare for worst, expect the best

Find a rev and then range it while switching prayers. Might help some. :P Seriously, no matter what monster you are training on to "Switch prayers", none will help you in knowing TzTok-Jad's attack more than TzTok himself. So if you train at other monster: it's more risky, cost cash and....it's only training in reaction speed. It's not a training to understand what attack TzTok-Jad will use. But no revs are bad idea, they are strong+ prayer pots to train for TzTok-Jad? lol that's bad. I just watched a view videos and realised that seeing as range is so much easier to predict than mage that it would be best if I just kept mage prayer on until I saw him rear up, then switch to range, then back to mgae after it hits. It made it a lot simpler for me lol. Glad to hear that. I personally tried that but i found it a bit hard. I listen for magic attack and look for his range attack, it's way easier :)
October 9, 200817 yr i did the method you describes by attacking goblins and rats while watching vid, and i also had my friend alternate between longbow and staff at dual arena to simulate jads attacks. October 10, 200817 yr Author To be honest doing Duel arena is to me no point as i said: video helps way much. But if you using duel arena to increase your prayer switching reaction speed, then it works. But don't relay on it for you switching to correct prayers at TzTok-Jad. :thumbup:
