The mask will give you 15% to strength and attack. How does attack and strength help you while ranging? Also, it gives a -1 to range attack bonus.

if the mask does not give any bonussen for ranged, the mask has no effect. So it would be better to wear something that does give bonusses, like an archer helm or robin.

Since when did the stat "Attack" have any effect on how much you hit with range, or how often? It never did, Black Mask does not affect the way you kill things with Range in ANY WAY, it gives a 15% bonus to the ATTACK stat and the STRENGTH stat, not Range Accuracy or anything related to Ranging.

he Obviously dunno, it does NOT affect ur ranging exept -1 ranging. However, it WORKS the same way, even if you are ranging, not that it helps alot...
