No...it's only good for looks-- with stats almost equivalent to that of a whip.

 

If it's all your money, you could probably put it into something better, such as a set of guthans or materials.

Yep, dont worths to have a super sword and dont have good ekips, just stick with whip and a good armor, when you can afford ss + armor buy it :

If you want to train strength, it's not bad, but if it's all your money then you should reconsider spending it elsewhere (on skills, other items).

I don't really think it would be worth the money but if you have the extra cash with good armour and other stuff then why not?

if you need to power train strength to 99 in a week then i'd say get, but if otherwise no because it has the same stats and speed as a whip but no shield spot

Not really worth it... If you are willing to pay for fast strength XP take a set of Dharoks into the smoke dungeon and kill some fire giants.

I would have to agree as well. I have quite enough to buy it, even a god sword but I hold out for the same reasons. Why break the bank when its not that much better than other alternatives for strength training like the dragon skimmy.

get a whip, and if u don't have it, get full dragon. a sara sword costs more, and people see that u have a sara sword, and immediatley associate that with money, not skills. if u have full dragon and an attack skillcape it's a bit better in my opinion. and u will still have loads of money. u could get a draconic visage though...

It's only really worth it if you have either:

 

 

 

a) Extra Cash

 

B) Less than 70 defence

 

 

 

Yeah, that's generally it. I have 45 defence, so it would be useful to me.. if it wasn't released after I got 99 strength. :roll:

 

 

 

They likely will hit a bottom price soon enough and either sit there, or slightly rise and find an average price.
