If your Togeipi managed to get Serene Grace, KEEP IT. Togekiss is flitching hax win.

Air Slash, Roost, Thunder Wave, Nasty Plot. Not unstoppable, but it should really get you through the game no problem :)

 

Nasty Plot is an egg move, so forget that.

Serebii says at the battle frontier for 32bp. I think you get it earlier, like around the lighthouse part.

Have it first in your party too.

It is always following me around. I never let it feint. It has to be close, it just hasn't reached the happiness level yet. :(

Give it berries, vitamins, use potions like crazy. Every 256 steps = 1 happiness. Max happiness is 255 which means it takes 65,280 steps without leveling it up, healing it, or loading it with vitamins.

 

Also luxury balls help a LOT.

It was the togepi egg, so luxery balls were out of the question. Hatched pokemon start out with a base 120 happiness, so mine has to be close to the mark, as I have had it hatched for quite a while now.

Pokemon SoulSilver, is it worth buying it?

Knowing that I'm a HUGE fan of the original Silver and would have extremely high expectations from it.

It's also been ages since I bought a new Pokémon game (Or nintendo/gameboy), so it should contain many new things, which I'm pretty sure it will (or I hope it will).

Talk to that happiness girl in Goldenrod. If she says its very happy, then you have 20 happiness points or less.

But, I'm finding it rather dull I mean yay for johto and Kanto being on the DS platform but I just don't find it as fun as I used to have... (Namely because my father now plays phoenix wright on my ds meaning I don't get to play anymore)

Cruel... You buy a DS to play it and when it's supposed to come out (today), all games are being returned because of a bug in the system which causes some games not to start.

That's right. I'm guessing point system.

 

Win= 2 points, tie=1.5 points, lose= 1 point.

 

This way, you're guaranteed one point just for showing up. If you don't show up, you get 0 points. But if you do show up, and lose, you get 1 point. If you show up but your opponent doesn't, you get 2 points for the win and your opponent gets 0.
