I was a LOW level then, and had very little experience. :D

My noobiest moment was when my friend stole my addy so he could "trim" it. I was annoyed for days lol :D

I spent a good 3-4 hours trying to find a bank. Couldn't work out how to get to Draynor from Lumby. :wall:

 

 

 

I was also befreinded by some wide boy called Benthro who asked me to mine him some iron ore and coal. In exchange he gave me mithril chain bodies. I thought I was onto a good thing, I'd mine him 1k iron ore then get 10 mith chains and try to sell them. Didn't realise there was a thriving forum for selling items and that I was getting royally ripped off with his junk.

I used to mine 14 tin, 14 copper and then smelt them. Then return to the mine.

 

 

 

Soon got out of that though!

I kept killing a rat thinking I could beat it, I didn't realize I was on 2hp. I was level 9 at the time, the rat was level 6.

I remember walking past Varrock West Bank and seeing people saying "Selling fires 10 ea" or "Selling 1k fires 10K" etc (or however much they cost back then). I asked an in-game friend how people could buy and sell fires. It made no sense at all to me. You couldn't even pick a fire up or store one in your bank; how could you buy and sell them? I also wondered what the point of that was. Why would one want to buy a fire? The maker already got the firemaking xp and it seemed like there were plenty of free ones being made everywhere if one needed to cook something. I was mystified.

 

 

 

Around the same time I was killed by a cow in Lumbridge. To remind me of my shame, those vermin in the most recent Easter event had to use death by Lumbridge cow to taunt the chocatrice. He took it as an insult; I was reminded of my past noobyness. It made me smile.

logging in as non-pk, than in the very first 5 minutes doing --> pk --> non-pk --> pk --> stuck on pk and doomed to a life of rs violence :lol: :x

selling/buying all my items from varrock general shop. until lvl 60 or so.

I have 3. All happened the day I started.

 

 

 

1. Tried to talk to a level 2 man NPC.

3. Had to ask how to log off. (But to be fair it was covered up because I didn't know about F11 and the button was hidden under the scroll bar.)

Probably was when i confused verac's with vyrewatch. One of my friends friends wanted to have verac's so much and i thought she meant vyrewatch and offerd to give her the bottom. She was really excited, geez i bet she was disapointed when i gave her the vyrewatch legs..She was polite and said thanks though. :wall:

The first three months I played Runescape, I just wandered around doing nothing. Then I found out there was a World Map.

My former friend took me to wild to get some money.( I think I was somewhere in the 40s with full rune.) He then turned on me and took my full rune.

I used to dance all day in Varrock center and pester people for money. :oops: yea that was pretty nooby.

I became P2P and my first day I got a Level 3 Clue Scrolll... I did it and then got a Black Cavalier from it. It didn't go well with my Red Dragonhide so I traded it in with a brown cavalier (was a shade of red). I then found out red cavaliers are 2x less in price >.

my noobiest moment was when i first saw the animation for high alching. i was watching someone high alch an item and thought it was a teleport...so i complimented "nice teleport" :D Guy thought i was a jerk lol

Mine happened yesterday! After years of never dieing doing clues, I ventured off into wildy to dig behind the rogues castle. I have been there once before, and never had any troubles, so went there with my usual gear on (full dhide, glory etc). Was met by the Chaos Elemental. I had never approached this thing before, and had no idea what was happenning. I got teleported all over the place, couldnt run away, all my gear got taken off once I began eating (and I ate a lot), and eventually died.

 

 

 

I prompty returned to pick up my stuff. This being the first death since the gravestones came out, I had no idea what to do so lost time looking at gravestone, and figuring out how to get items back. I got my clue, my defender (whew!), just before the gravestone collapsed and the CE attacked me for a second time. I ran away with tail between my legs, and spent the rest of the session hiding amongst the yew trees :)

 

 

 

I went back today, took a very wide berth around the CE spot and managed to get the clue done (Guthix plate ftw :) )

mine was when i used to think 5k was 5gp. o.O
