I think it would be alright as long as both clans are agreeing on it. The smaller or weaker clan can't just demand this of the bigger clan but if both are willing then I think it's fine. I'm not too crazy about cutting people to match ops. I much rather allow the other clan to bring a few friends/ally. The friends/ally will have to be under a certain cmb level though. Instinct members are really anxious to make this a complete Full Out war but I'm afraid Phoenix will have no chance at winning. Here are the choices we couldn't decide on posted by either (just so you know on what we've already tried). [*:3v3wcwhk]A "selective" level cap. Instinct would be permitted to bring 2 120+ members, 2 110+ members, and any remaining 110- that will show to the war. [*:3v3wcwhk]A member cap, instead of a level cap. Instinct would be restricted to bringing 10-15 members (any level) to face whatever amount of members TPL can pull for the war. OR Only 10-15 can come and we allow the exceptions of 2 120+ and 2 110+ (by the way, that idea seems more like 4 110+ permitted). The rest are to be under level 110.
