June 15, 200818 yr First of all, Its not even close to 1:150. I don't think you have to do legends to get it as a drop but I am not sure.

June 15, 200818 yr you don't need legends to get the drop but the drop percentage is verrrrrrrrry low. Besides they are worthless now, why would you want a drop anyway? June 15, 200818 yr Dwarves drop them. It's not like it's a special drop from ice warriors. :P I've gotten one in my entire RS career, and almost ALL monsters drop them. I'm fairly sure it's something like 1/10,000. And no, you don't need to do Legends to receive it as a drop.

June 15, 200818 yr I've gotten one, and i was a noon and didn't know what it was! I was doing elemental work shop and i killed tht Earth thing to get the ore, it dropped it im like wtf?! At the time, was worth like 900k haha
