I had ... items - full guthans - prayer pots - sharks - rune crossbow -diamond bolts(e) stats - 77 atk - 80 str - 79 defence - 74 ranged - 79 Hp - 59 prayer - 85 magic any sugestions as to improvments would be helpful.. by the way I need to get the skills and then kill jad in ONE months time. so I need help prioritising my levels... money is not a problem due to the fact that I will have 99 rc bu then so ill be loaded. thanks for your help :D :D 16537th to get 99 fletching 20th june 2007quest cape achieved 25th january 20081700 total 13th july 2008click for blog Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Use super restores and sara brews, not sure how many though, rune c'bow and good bolts (ruby or diamond e) Use the best range equip you can, and you'll be fine if you read a few guide/watch vids. Lacoste Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 Guthans method is not used as often anymore, if you want a better chance though it wouldn't hurt to get your range up to 80 maybe, also use brews and restores like everyone else has said. D Jay99 Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 3 sharks = 1 sara brew So, way more food in one spot. You won't be able to fill your inventory with enough food without brew, or you'd have to bring a huge stack of sweets. Super restores are there to counter the negative effect of the brews, lowering offensive stats. They also give 1 more prayer point per dose compared to prayer pots. You only really need the super restores for the brews, so you can bring 7 restores and 14 prayer pots instead of 21 restores if you bring 7 brews. D Jay99 Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 No, they heal 15% + 2 hitpoints and give a 20% +2 defence boost. At 80 hp that's 14 hp per dose, so 56 hp for a full pot. Gear: Fury/glory, d boots/rune, verac's skirt(better then torag's legs coz of prayer bonuses), black d hide body, Torag's helm, Magic shortbow, accumalator, 1200/1300 rune arrows, and possibly an archer ring. Did it on 2end try so...Wish you luck m8 8-) That's pretty clever of you, somehow you've managed to make 29 items fit into a pack that holds 28. Haha, not being serious, you probably made a typo. Though, I can't believe for one minute you did it with a MSB and rune arrows....But if you say so. Crystal bows are a good way to go but will only seem worth it if you succeed straight away.
