lavitz245
I'm really annoyed that all ranged attacks are homing. :wall: It's really annyoing that you can't just dodge them or at least run away from them. Jagex should make the arrows and spells (except the curse spells like teleblock) go staight at their target not follow them. Who is with me? bantam222
well if they did that they would jest have to make it even harder when it hits....or else range would become to weak....then that would jest lead to more complaining. AniseCookies
Does any1 really care? lol If they did make them non-homing, a lot of people would stop training archery prob.
Xerowingsx5k
Well it misses even if it is homing so i don't see what you're complaining about. bill_iop99
I think he might be talking about if they make it so that the arrows/spells just completly go forward, people like himself will be a lot happier :| However, what would be point of Ranged/Mage pking? Your opponent can just swerve side-to-side and never be hit by you if they're running away  -bill

lpinkus
Well it misses even if it is homing so i don't see what you're complaining about. Yeah, that's what I was thinking :) One also doesn't appear to "miss" when you swing a dragon longsword, yet you see that blue zero. It's just a matter of coding more animation. lpinkus
JimiWasGod
i care a GREAT deal! training on monster wouldnt be effected that much. but pking would be so dumb. meleers already have armor to protect them, they dont need dodging. waste of time and unbalances pking. gadien01
If this game was fully 3d and was an action-adventure style RPG like Phanasty Star Online for Xbox, Game Cube, and soon to be PC and PS2 I'd be with you but since its turn base this just doesn't work. Rangers were owning so much before with their double spec, they've become obsessed with wanting to be the best again.. I'm sick with rangers complaining about every single update. Every time I check the RS forums, on rants, suggestions, future updates, and ALL of the boards, I see a board saying 'RANGERS STILL UNDERPOWERED!!1' Now, this board is about whether or not arrows / mage should be homing, Not complaining about 'RANGERS STILL UNDERPOWER OMFG !!1' True, Meleers are owning a lot nowadays, but by the numerous amount of boards complaining how rangers are underpowered, I thik jagex is going to give your double spec back so you can hit 20-20 20-20 20 and own everyone. Now quit complaining, be patient. Jagex is going to give you an update sometime, so stop nagging them to make you the top of the PK triangle. If you notice, Rangers have the cheapest outfit also. So quit complaining! On Topic: I think that's a bad idea, as people would just run side to side to dodge to attack and not get hurt at all. I think your idea deserves a 0. kwimbob
Rangers have the cheapest outfit also. So quit complaining! Also, meleers have 3 skills to train, so... unless they're pure, too, they did work longer to get those lvls.... Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well. And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. No in real life I don't have a slain bear to sling over my shoulders. Yes, I'm that skinny even if I no-life it for years in basements. No, I can't shoot a gun. Yes, I can win any other strategic video game you have never played - because I probably have, ahahaha. And yes, I also have brown eyes, yet one of my eyes looks different from the other. And yes, I'm completely oblivious to the [real] world around me as I constantly engineer new solutions to daily problems in my head. When I get hungry, all that isn't food can wait. When I'm sleepy - nothing is of any priority in front of sleep. But at any other time, I never slow down. Never give up. Never Surrender. Makes for a good life.[hide]YOU'RE GONNA CARRY THAT WEIGHT.- See You, Space Cowboy.[/hide][/hide]
