Nope12345 Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 Trust me, the missions on jak 3 are MUCH harder. Took me half an hour once to do a mission.   Really, Jak 2 Was infuriatingly hard at some points and the final boss was a Killer Jak 3 was moderate in difficulty   Ratchet and Clank is AWESOME :thumbsup:    I own all of them, i mean it....Even the 2 Mobile ones :ugeek: Unfairly Banned-Appeal In Process, Its been slow due to the sheer number of them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Basically memorize the places where you have crimson guards and towards the end I'd recommend just making a dash for it (if you're fast enough you won't get hit by the lasers of those drop pod things.   It's a pretty hard mission alright. 76th to reach 99 Construction on 6th of February 2007379th to reach 99 Runecrafting on 4th of November 2007 Finally the secrets of goal achieving are revealed! But what i do is, jump on the hoverboard and use all the paths to get back (dont go in the water) and if you come across a pack of crimson guards, then just do a trick over them, preferably a foward roll in the air, but usually your too fast for the ships to drop them down. Plus, I gave up on Jak 3 during one of the later missions, where you have to chase a few Marauders through the desert, taking each one down before time runs out. firsttsurugi Posted August 23, 2008 Share Posted August 23, 2008 I'm actually very good in it, when I'm bored I finish Jak 3 just for the heck of it in a couple of hours :lol: ! I loved 'em all.   And to the person that found the weapons complex. 4 weapons? RATCHED AND CLANK HAS DOZENS. Ratchet and clanks are all unique and differant, anyway the way you use those weapons, the clunky shooting mechanics of jak makes the gunplay at times unplayable.   Other than that i dont like how they blatantly reused previous stages and made you repeatedly go through them, i think a little more variety in the world other than corrupt cyber city i think is what Jak needs.   The city had a complete remake for the third game, it got completely destroyed and at the start of the game there is a whole other city and huuuuuuuuuuuuge desert that is explorable at any time. Wow desert...I really want them to bring the series back to its roots, no more of this anime dark devil crazy jak phase and more platforming and the querky chemistry between the pair. I'm guessing you haven't even tried Jak 3, have you?   Jak 3 has Light Jak, reveals his ancestry, and having the turbo jetboard in wasteland cheat is fun, just racing around dodging the Marauders on the jet board, especially when you manage to hit one of those rocks that causes you to go flying into the air. Also, the death by deapwater animation is better. A giant squid grabs you and pulls you underwater! I almost pissed myself I was so surprised! Also, Light Jak with his wings out and the needle lazer with infinite ammo is beastly!    The only ones I haven't beaten are Daxter and Jak X, but I know what happens in both, and I own Jak X, I just never take the time to beat racing games. My main problem with Need for Speed games. Can't wait for the Lost Frontier, though. Currently will be using my Oni Tsurugi account to attempt to get 99 on all free skills without spending any gp, just for the sake of doing so. Shiny Posted August 23, 2008 Share Posted August 23, 2008 This is my favourite series ever. I preferred over rachet ad clank. My fav is definitely the 3rd. You can just pick it up, no sweat. The gmeplay is sweet and great overal. I can't wait for the new Jak for ps3. I need to get one, but haven't got round to it. Jak and Daxter is awesome, no sweat.
