Runeofdarked's Charm Drop Rates for Slayer Tasks

 

 

 

Welcome, lately I have been getting kind of bored with my slayer assignments, so I decided to make a guide to show the percentage that charms drop for each monster. This guide will be updated every 2-3 days. If anyone would like to help me with this, please contact me :).

This should be useful, but as a tip fight Black Demons in the Chaos Tunnels because they drop more charms in there. ;)

So I have heard(thanks psv), I just haven't gotten around to doing the quest yet. I am not one for them :)

You seem lucky at greaters. In a task of 140 I usually only get around 40. (wearing row).

 

At a second thought, 40/140 = 0.35 so thats not too far off.

I do not understand the steels. They drop 3 at a time, so if you have 103 charm drops you should end up with 309 charms, not 206.

Only on a few monsters. Black demons are the most noticable.

actually only certin types of black demons drop them, depending on there graphics, but theres 1 spawn of them in trav i think, more in tunnals...

I liked this, didn't know steel drags were that good droppers.

 

 

 

Oh and you've missed the total off the iron dragons. :oops:

You don't need to do the Surok miniquest to go to Chaos Tunnels. Just bring ur gear and go down a rift.

The black demon information is inaccurate, seeing as only a certain graphical type of black demon drop them (red eyes, long horns curving forward, no shoulder [bleep]es, I believe). You should collect the data killing only the ones that drop charms, otherwise your information will be way off.

im going to post info on charms when i get on some more slayer tasks(getting all melee stats to 85 so should be around 100 tasks at least :twisted: )

You're absolutely correct. All 4 of them drop primarily crimson charms at about the same rate. I just got 99 crimson charms from a task of 169 black demons. Appears to be one of the best crimson charm droppers in the game.

Yeah, but they have too much hp. And even if they didn't all have the same rates, it would be good to show what you got as it shows how much you would realistically get.

Thats alot of info you have there, but you need to round off the percantages to around, say 2 decimal places. Because you can get 0% drop rates for blue charms ehich is incorrect when obviously you did get some blue charms. otherwise, thanks for compiling the info - 8/10.
