I'm thinking the first option would turn it more into a popularity/favorite song contest, though.

The first way would pretty much be a popularity contest and would defeat the purpose of having judges considering everyone can voice their opinions anyways.

Original lyrics by me lol...wrote this waaaay back in 06, recorded the original on a POS headset mic from wal mart but I have a nice condenser mic and I thought HEY WHY NOT THROW MY TALENT ON TIP IT. Though, this is a singing competition, I don't think this will count, but hey, you should smile if you remember the days of RS before the wildy was effed up and the GE took over trading. This is old mind you! I wrote the lyrics in 06, 2 years ago, so enjoy people!

 

 

 

I didn't do much editing besides layering and pitch shifting...didn't feel like taking the breaths out...it's just a tip it song lol so I didn't feel the need to go over the top with this. Before the question floods in if I recorded this in a studio, and OMG BBQ HOW'D YOU MAKE A DEEP VOCIE!!1!!....audacity...it's nothing pro lol, just a nice condenser mic in my bed room :)

Decided to redo the song I originally was gonna redo and enter into the competition. Whip It- of course I originally released around the time that Smack That came out so yeah...anything that was relevant in the song is prolly obsolete now :/ If anyone wishes to get the lyrics and there's a heavy enough demand I'll consider posting them though you should be able to hear them fine.

i123i: You have skill in writing songs and you executed them very well. The only flaw I see is that with the deep voice it makes it harder to hear your singing. Still though I enjoyed both the songs very much.

 

 

 

The longer this competition goes on the more I realise that this is going to be a tough choice for the winner.
