"best" first high stat?

right no i'm just trying to get all of my stats to a decent level, then i plan on training just 1 stat at a time to atleast 80, but can't decide which would be best? any suggestions?

tree slaying! or woodcutting as most people call it why? because its a great stat and i have over 80 also its not overly hard and it can earn you a bit of money! :D

As cliche as it is, melee stats are extremely helpful to have at a high level. They bring in some of the best money if you know what to fight, are used in several quests, and just made RS easier in general.

Maybe hook us up with your beginning stats? And are you looking for combat or skill? And are you wanting to make money along the way and or once you reach it?

Hunter is good for money, kinda boring though...

 

 

 

Woodcutting isn't quite as good, about as boring...

 

 

 

I'd say Slayer, but Ouchy S does have a point. Go for whatever you want to really :P

Farming, if you farm mostly herbs and plant lowish trees (pineapples/willows/calquat or something) you should make profit.

 

Also, agility helps with running while training other skills, and runecrafting gets you a lot of money to train other skills.

Fishing, its more profitable then Wc, and less people have 80 :P

whatever you find fun, no point training something just for a level if you won't enjoy it, less likely to finish it

my ranging used to be 40 lvs behind my melle stats but then i found it owns!

 

u really cant regret getting ur range up

 

and dont give me the its too exspenisve :shame: bone botls are 2gp each :thumbsup:

Just see what stats you enjoy training

 

 

 

If you want a mix:

 

train slay; use the charms for summon and see how you get a 99 melee stat before 85 slay.
