Best food?

Tuna potatos are better than sharks, and aren't that hard to make if you've already done RFD. Just go to the Grand Tree, buy all the potatos you can hold, bake them on the range there and bank them. Repeat until you've baked and bought all the potatos. Then just lumby teleport and head to the (forgot how to spell it) Necromancer's chest food thingy and buy all the butter. Use butter with baked potatos and then just use tuna on it. Walla! Dinner is served.

I could never manage to keep that up at the rate that I consume sharks, which are the best in my opinion, because there will always be a large supply of them waiting, and it's only 2 HP less per inventory spot than taters.

I guess that you could say that saradomin brews are the "best" food, but it takes 4 *bites* to heal with them efficiently.(3 brew doses-1 restore). You get 45ish HP back every time though  and 60ish HP per inventory slot(not counting restores)

A couple of Kambarwarn fish things and Tuna Potatoes are the best, with a few brews chucked in too

Oh yeah I completely forgot about karambwans! They are definately the best because they heal 18 or so I think, but you can eat them without interrupting combat.

What about manta rays there free with the required fishing lvl

catching them are rare and they cost more cooked meaning you might burn them even at 99 cooking

Are u seriouse rare? Rofl :shame:

can you catch a lot of these in an hour ???

are you serious you cant spell serious

making tuna potatoes are a lot easier to make and get than manta rays

I'd go with pineapple pizzas. Heal 22 and only cost like 450 each? (can be lower if you buy pineapples from that guy in that place west of Wolf Mountain). To make them just go to the Warriors Guild and buy plain pizzas for 200 each, dice some pineapples then add them together very fast to make.

Only problem is that pizzas take 2 bites to eat and may not work well if you're doing PvP.

Lol, Manta rays are "fished" used the fishing trawler game. I haven't done it myself, but my clan has and they say it isn't worth it because you get mostly junk. Also, it takes concentration and teamwork to keep your boat afloat (haha that rhymes). But, the upside is, it helps build friendships and the minigame is really fun. Nothing like scrambling on and off deck trying to plug holes and save your ship.

I'm sorry, are you FLAMING me?!

Where in my post did i say it was hard?!

I said it was not w-o-r-t-h it, please read before you post. There is a very good reason the cooked costs more than the raw for a manta ray.

The Fish you recive doesn't depend on 1 person but a group of people the people helping keep the boat a float There could be 1 person with 99 fishing and 5 other people that dont That doesn't grantee the person with 99 fishing a good amount of fish The more fish u catch the more u will receive usually with the higher lvl fishing u weed out most of the junk and get fewer swordfish and sharks and more manta rays and sea turtles.

Bad911 I wasnt flaming i was saying that u made it seem like alot of work for a couple of simple clicks now and then People free load of the ships in world 116 Yet recive the same amount of fish as person that was bailing or fixing the net of course i hate these people but obviously u cant stop them.

My fishing lvl is 85

The average catch for a trawler is at least 1k+

This was a really bad one though the net was ripped half of the time and towered the end no one had anymore rope left didnt feel like sticking around for a new game

Manta rays and tuna potatos, both heal 22 in one bite. As for ways to get them, just buy them really, getting them yourself is a huge waste of time.

2480+ total

Best healing? Tuna potatoes and Sea Turtles both heal 22 in one bite. Sea turtles are an instant buy on GE (raw and cooked) while Tuna Potatoes take some work. Refer to the cooking guides. NOTE: Raw sea turtle is obtained from the Fishing Trawler minigame.

Most efficent? Monkfish heal a lot and are cheap.

Most useful? Sharks. 20 hp in one bite. Cheaper than sea turtles, and less hassle to make than Tuna Potatoes.

Best for training? Pineapple pizza costs less than Sharks, but heal more. Only a tad more than monks too from the GE. If you buy the Pineapples from Charter ships (ex: Catherby, and bank) and cut the slices yourself, then buy the pizza from the Warriors' Guild, and add the pineapple to the pizza, it's a lot cheaper.
